When selecting a day at checkout please be aware that at this moment in time we cannot guarantee the day as all the couriers we use have stressed to us that this is an Industry wide problem and that they have backlogs of consignments from the recent Covid restrictions that have only just been lifted.

Sample Orders:
Sample orders are sent out via Royal Mail or by Courier service.Only 1 x sample per product per customer and or household is allowed for free delivery.Placing multiple sample orders using different names and/or addresses i.e to friends/neighbours is also not allowed for free delivery, any such orders will be cancelled and refunded. Additional delivery charges may apply when ordering other products with Samples.
Orders upto 6.5kg,13kg and 17kg
Orders upto 6.5kg,13kg and 17kg are wrapped, packed and sent out by a courier service.All Standard deliveries require a date for delivery to be selected at the checkout.
Orders Over 17kg or Large Format Tiles:
Orders over 17kg will be packed at our discretion either via a boxed courier service and/or packed and wrapped onto a pallets, delivered and offloaded using a pallet truck.
Please ensure you make prior arrangements for placement and storage.

Dado Rails:
Dado Rail orders are sent out via Royal Mail or by Courier service.Additional delivery charges may apply when ordering other products with Dado Rails due to weight.All Standard deliveries require a date for delivery to be selected at the checkout.
Sealants & Cleaners:
Sealant & Cleaners orders are sent out via Royal Mail or by Courier service.Additional delivery charges may apply when ordering other products with Sealant & Cleaners due to weight.All Standard deliveries require a date for delivery to be selected at the checkout.
Mosaic Sheets:
Mosaic Sheet orders are sent out via Royal Mail or by Courier service.Additional delivery charges may apply when ordering other products with mosaic sheets due to weight.All Standard deliveries require a date for delivery to be selected at the checkout.
Short Terms:
Delivery Days/Hours are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends.
To be eligible for some Delivery Services, you must order before 1pm.
Certain Postcodes are liable to pay an extra delivery charge.
