While the driver is present, kindly conduct a brief visual inspection of your order. Any evident damage that is visible from the pallet's exterior should be noted on the delivery documentation.

Please thoroughly inspect your order within 48 hours to make sure that all components—damages, quantity, tile tone, and sizing—meet your satisfaction.

In the unlikely event that there are any problems, please report them to us right away so we may address them as soon as possible.

Please let us know at the checkout stage using the 'Anything we need to know about your Delivery?' section so we can arrange a suitable vehicle, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We recommend you include at least an additional 10% to allow for cutting, breakage and a few spare tiles.

Our delivery fees are applicable to the UK mainland postcodes only.

Customers in Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Hebrides will incur additional delivery charges so please contact us first to confirm costs.

To request a return please use the return form. To be eligible for a refund we must be notified within 14 calendar days of delivery of your intent to return the goods.

You will then have a further 14 calendar days to return your order from the day you notified us.
